The team were involved in the local approvals and project supervision, ensuring seamless execution while respecting the natural terrain, panoramic Himalayan views, and the project’s contemporary luxury vision.
Inspired by the form of a paraglider in flight, this luxury resort in Kotabagh, Ramnagar, features dramatic triangular wing-shaped roofs perched along the cliff edge. Designed to capture panoramic views, natural light, and ventilation, the architecture blends modern luxury seamlessly with the surrounding landscape.
